Heath LaPray serves as Director of Clinical Support at CORE Occupational Medicine, where he provides strategic clinical oversight across a wide range of client industries. A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Heath earned his certification as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in 2001 and has been practicing in occupational medicine since 2007.

Since joining CORE in 2011, Heath has worked closely with clients in construction, manufacturing, petrochemical, and renewable energy sectors, bringing deep expertise to complex workforce health challenges. In his current role, he collaborates with clients, field staff, and medical directors to ensure the delivery of best clinical practices while maintaining sensitivity to OSHA regulations and compliance standards.

Heath is recognized for his clinical leadership, regulatory insight, and commitment to aligning occupational health services with the operational realities of high-risk industries.
