Alesha Hill serves as the Director of Human Resources at CORE, where she leads the organization’s comprehensive human resources strategy. Her responsibilities encompass talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR technology, and adherence to internal policies. Alesha ensures compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws, fostering a supportive and compliant work environment.

In her role, Alesha collaborates with leaders across CORE’s diverse lines of business to build and manage the organization in alignment with strategic and operational needs. Her leadership and expertise are instrumental in advancing CORE’s human resources initiatives.

Before joining CORE in 2018, Alesha served as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Crown Crafts, Inc. for 16 years. Crown Crafts is one of America’s largest producers of infant, toddler, and juvenile consumer products. Her extensive experience in human resources management has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her current role at CORE.
